- Mail-In Repairs: If you choose to mail in your device, please include a return shipping label. Note that we are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during shipping.

- Aftermarket Parts: These components are produced by companies other than Samsung’s exclusive suppliers.
- Refurbished Screens: Our refurbished screens use original Samsung LCDs (harvested from broken screens), original flex cables, and a new glass frame. We refurbish old LCDs and digitizers by attaching them to new glass to ensure functionality.
